Visit our Family Farm in 2021!

Whether you are a familiar face or a new visitor to Dyfed Shires, we have implemented new measures to comply with current guidance and also to ensure that your trip is as enjoyable as possible.

Aside from Celt’s Home Coming weekend above, select a date to visit us from our opening times calendar here.

Once you’ve chosen a date to visit on which we are open, we ask all potential visitors to either JOIN OUR DAILY GUEST LIST by e-mailing us at to:

  • Confirm which date you intend to visit
  • Tell us the size of your group including number of adults and children
  • Give us a contact mobile number
  • Make us aware of any in the group with disabilities as we have wheel chairs available for visitors but it’s advisable to book them in advance.

or BOOK YOUR VISIT ONLINE HERE and after payment has been made, e-mail us at to confirm the date of your visit and then bring your PayPal receipt with you on that day.

We are operating a daily maximum cap for visitors to ensure comfortable social distancing. Through booking ahead or by joining our daily guest list, you will avoid the possibility of being disappointed if on arrival we have reached our daily limit and we must refuse you entry. In 2020, we reached our ‘Daily Cap’ on a handful of occasions and reluctantly had to turn away those who had not booked ahead – we hope we don’t have to do so again in 2021 but for the safety and peace of mind of our visitors, we will do so if required!

We are recording the details of all farm visitors for the sole purpose of “track and trace.” This information will only be retained for 21 days prior to disposal/destruction.

We will accept cash as payment but we strongly advise all visitors to use contactless payment if possible.

Book to Stay at the Dyfed Shires Horse Farm Campsite

To book a pitch at our campsite, please e-mail us at or call us on 07817 865 712.

Campsite pitches will be restricted in number once more in 2021 to allow plenty or room for social distancing so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
